The setup is simple: a Cat 5 storm hits a small town, flooding everything and unleashing blood-crazed sharks. It delivers some solid chaos, decent effects, and a few gnarly kills. Plus, it doesn’t take itself too seriously and keeps things moving with a short runtime. But the downside? Weak characters, rough acting, and nothing that really sets it apart from better shark movies already out there. Some scenes (especially the “serious” moments) just don’t land at all. Overall: not terrible, but not worth going out of your way for.
