Charlize Theron vs a Psycho Killer?! | APEX Review

Charlize Theron brings solid energy to Netflix’s Apex, a survival thriller about grief, isolation, and a dangerous encounter deep in the Australian wilderness. The movie moves at a good pace and has a few decent action moments, but the biggest problem is how predictable everything feels. The villain is way too over-the-top, the twists are obvious, and some character decisions just don’t make sense. Still, if you’re looking for an easy “background noise” thriller to throw on, it’s watchable enough.
